Both houses come fully landscaped and have beautiful custom brick stairs; aluminum handrails with 10 year finish warranty, and a concrete patio for you to relax and bar-b-que on under the warm summer sun.

And let's not forget about the current construction codes. These houses are built to the very stringent current building codes of the city.

They are fire rated wherever they are less then 10' from an adjoining unit. This protects you and your investment.

Also, they are built 4 1/2' above the ground to be out of the flood zone. This saves you money on the flood insurance premium and gives you the piece of mind that your house will be high and dry in the event of flooding. Even the air conditioning unit is elevated to this height. This area under the house now has given you extensive storage space you wouldn’t get with other, ground level houses in Sundowner.
